Front Rack

A 57.75” x 25.5” steel front rack shall be provided.  This rack is made with 1” x 1” square steel tubing with .125” wall thickness and is painted with black finish.  This rack mounts to the hood hinge mounting pads and the front bumper.  This front rack is designed to be installed in the field with only a standard set of wrenches.

SCBA Level “A” Seat Back- Driver and Passenger

A seat back to accommodate a driver and passenger in Level “A” Suit with SCBA back pack bottles or BG4 back pack re-breather system shall be provided.  This seat back frame will be made 14 gauge rectangular steel tubing and is painted with a black finish.  This seat back frame mounts to the Polaris roll bar system.  The Polaris seat back pad will latch to this framework in such a way that it can be easily removed to accommodate usage with a Level “A” Suit with SCBA back pack bottles or BG4 back pack re-breather system.  This frame work is designed to be retro-fitted in the field with only a standard set of wrenches.

Steel Dump Bed

A 60”W x 43”L (54.74” x 38” inside area) steel dump bed shall be provided.  This bed is made with .10” thick steel and is painted with a black finish.  This bed has 10”H side rails and tailgate that fold out flat (90 degrees) to make a flat platform with dimensions of 77.5”W x 52”L.  Integrated in the bed floor are 4 D-ring style tie downs and four metal pockets that are designed to secure and transport a NATO style litter.  This dump bed is designed to be installed in the field with only a standard set of wrenches.
